My favourite Rurouni Kenshin character, after Aoshi-sama, of course, along with Kaoru-chan and Kenshin himself, Misao-chan! She's just so cute, I couldn't resist drawing her.
Idea came to me while I was walking the dog.  I know, right? Weird. Couloured roughly in the 12:30 AM - 1:00 AM vicinity while role-playing. I kept dropping the pencils and making a lot of noise, but I thankfully did not wake my family, or I would have been decimated. You did a great job of converting Misao-chan into your style. She looks great here.
Though, her head looks a tad small in proportion to her body. I'd also suggest drawing her hair a tad bigger, or at least making it less round. Ya' know what I mean?
